St. Valentine's Day Cards

I am so excited to share with you all my first real finished piece of religious art!

Below you'll find two Saint Valentine's holy card printables. One has a St. Valentine prayer, and the other you could use as a post card or a Valentine to give to a friend.

Creating these cards was such a joy. I researched ancient roman motifs. I researched how the real Saint Valentine may have dressed, what kind of crosier (bishop's staff) he might have carried, what the history of this Holy man was.

We don't know a lot about St. Valentine, but the story is that he was a Roman bishop and martyr. My version is not really an historically accurate representation, but it sure was fun to make and I hope you enjoy it!

To get these Valentines, click on the pdf links below and print them out!

Here is the link to download the PDF of the first Valentine card, which includes a prayer:

I have made these free to share with you all, and you are welcome to use them in your home, school, or parish setting. I just ask that they not be redistributed commercially. If you're interested in that kind of thing, get in touch with me first.

Happy Valentine's Day!
