No Knead Baguette Recipe


In a bowl mix together:

5.5 c all purpose flour

2.5 c warm water

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp instant yeast

1 tsp salt (or more if desired)


Form dough into a ball but don’t knead. 


Cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel until doubled in size 


Add 1.5 tbsp olive oil and gently form into baguettes (see baguette shaping video) place on baguette pan or parchment lined baking sheet.


Cover with your plastic wrap or towel and allow to rise another 30 min. 


Preheat oven to 450


Dust baguettes with flour and cut scores into the top. Be brave and use a sharp, non serrated knife!


Place in oven with some ice cubes in an oven safe bowl


Bake for 15 min or until they reach an internal temp over 195F
